After you have made your choice regarding the format of your personalized artwork we will contact you as soon as possible (the same day) after completing the order. All we need from you is a suitable one example photo. The photo must be on 6 guidelines to fulfil.
1.High resolution - (Shooted with newer smartphone is fine)
2.Daylight - (Clear bright photo with limited shadow)
3.Eyes open - (looks towards the camera)
4. Details visible - (The higher the quality, the better the illustration)
5. No cropped photos
6. Portrait photos - (We recommend portrait photos for best results)
